When your order is ready to be shipped you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. This email will also include a link or advise you that there will be another email with a link to track the status of your delivery at any time.
For security reasons we recommend that the order is sent to an address where someone will be home or if that is not possible WE RECOMMEND ORDERS ARE SENT TO A BUSINESS ADDRESS.

Our boxes may be damaged in transit. This is beyond our control. The primary function of our packaging is to protect the products delivered.
We do not accept responsibility for any item(s) that may go missing in transit.
During busy promotional and sale periods some order dispatches may be delayed due to the additional volume.

If you are not happy with your purchase we offer a refund or exchange to the value of the original purchase price (excluding freight) provided that:
a) You return the item within 60 days from the date of dispatch.
b) The item has not been used, in its original packaging and in the sale-able condition.
c) You provide the original receipt as proof of purchase.
To return an item please get in touch with us through our contact details.
Once we receive your email, we will send you a return slip for you to then mail your parcel back to us. Once the parcel is received, an email will be sent advising we have received your returned goods. Your return will be processed within 2-3 business days from this email confirmation.
- All products must not be used. Please ensure that all returns are in their original packaging/box and enclosed in a satchel or box for protection or the return may be refused.
When purchasing from this site you confirm that the credit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit card to use it. All credit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by the card used issuer. If the issuer of your credit card refuses to authorize payment to Elk and Friends we will not be liable for non-delivery.
