Elk and Friends Instagram Christmas Giveaway - December 2024

The Elk and Friends Christmas Giveaway is open to U.S residents only, aged 18 years or older. Participants must follow the Elk and Friends Instagram account (@elkandfriends) and adhere to all giveaway entry requirements as outlined in the giveaway post. The giveaway will run from 21st December to 27th December 2024. Entries submitted after this period will not be eligible. Winners will be selected and announced on the Elk and Friends Instagram account on 31st December 2024. Winners must DM Elk and Friends on Instagram within 7 days of the announcement to claim their prize. Failure to do so may result in the prize being forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. By participating, entrants agree that their information may be used by Elk and Friends solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway. Elk and Friends is not responsible for any technical errors or issues that may prevent participation or prize delivery.

Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Elk and Friends ("Promoter").

Eligibility
The competition is open to residents of the United States and Canada aged 18 years or over.

How to Enter
To qualify, entrants must make a purchase of $50 or more in a single transaction between 12:00 AM on December 1st, 2024, and 11:59 PM on December 31st, 2024. Qualifying purchases must be made through the Elk and Friends website (www.elkandfriends.com) or the Elk and Friends US/CA Amazon Stores. The $50 minimum spend excludes taxes, shipping, or discounts applied to the order. One entry per qualifying purchase. Multiple transactions meeting the minimum spend will each count as a separate entry.

Competition Period
The competition opens on December 1st, 2024 and closes at 11:59 PM on December 31st, 2024. Purchases made outside of this timeframe will not qualify.

Prize
The prize consists of one (1) $250 Elk and Friends Gift Card. The gift card is redeemable only at www.elkandfriends.com and valid for 6 months from the date of issue. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.

Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected randomly from all qualifying entries. The winner will be contacted directly via the email address or contact information provided at the time of purchase by 5th January 2025. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, a new winner will be selected.

General
By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, incorrect, or violate these terms. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical errors, network issues, or other factors outside its control. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. Personal data provided during the competition will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and used solely for administering the competition.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elk and Friends shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in this competition or acceptance of the prize.
