We do not add any fragrances to our products, but silicone can retain the smells of foods or soaps it comes into contact with. We recommend that the silicone is not soaked in highly fragranced soapy water and that a mild detergent is used. To remove smells, use equal parts vinegar with baking soda and let your straws soak, then give them a good scrub with the straw brush. Afterwards, boil them for 10 minutes to make sure they are completely sanitized.

Removing the sleeves is not necessary. The silicone sleeves are dishwasher and microwave safe.

All Drinking Jars are made from high Quality Soda Lime Glass. Our 4oz Baby Food Storage Jar are made from High Borosilicate Glass.

Whilst the sleeves provide a greater grip for little hands which can prevent drops as well as protection for the glass when dropped, we understand that being glass they can break and depending on the heights or angles and material it may be dropped onto.

Our 4oz baby food jars are able to go from freezer/fridge to the microwave or bottle warmer as these jars are made from high borosilicate glass which is thermal shock resistant. Our 8oz, 12oz and 16oz glass drinking glass jars can be microwaved when they are at room temperature only. Thus, you cannot microwave the jar when taken directly from the fridge.

Cups can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher, we recommend the lids are placed on the top rack.

For ‘’change of mind’ or incorrectly items ordered, the cost of the return will need to be paid by the customer. Once the goods are receipted by the warehouse a refund will be processed.
